My beloved daughter’s birthday

I cerebrated my daughter’s 20th birthday with a night time afternoon tea. We already enjoyed a party at home with the whole family on the previous weekend, so today is just me and my daughter.

We chatted and, although the confectionery were too sweet and heavy to my stomach, my heart was full recalling the past 20 years.
