Contract Procedure

1.Inquires and Apartment pre-viewing

Please feel free to contact us for any information you need regarding our apartment. We will provide the details on a unit that may suit your request and make a reservation to pre-view our apartment with you.

2.Application and Reservation

Once you have selected and decided which unit to apply, please fill out an application form and send it to us by fax, email or post.

Reservation can be made up to two months before the move-in date. If you wish to reserve more than two months in advance, please specially contact us for more details.

3.Contract

Submission of the following documents will be required after your application procedure:

Individual Contract
An official document to prove your income (record of withholding income tax, certificate of tax payment, etc.)
Identification card with your photo (driver’s license, passport, etc.)
Corporate Contract
Certified copy of commercial registration(issued within 3 months)/ Company profile
Identification card with the resident’s photo (driver’s license, passport, etc.)

※Other documents other than the above-mentioned may be required.
After reviewing your application and supporting documents, our person in charge will contact you and provide the draft contract documentation. Please fill in the required sections, sign or affix your seal to the documents and return them no later than the day before you move in.

4.Payment

We will issue an invoice. Please send the initial rent payment by bank transfer no later than the day before you move in.

*Rent for this apartment is payable monthly in advance.

5. Moving in

We request that you check in between 10:00am and 7:00pm on your move-in date.
When you arrive, pick up your room key(s) from the staff on duty (English speaking) at the concierge desk. They will explain all the details on how to use the building, your apartment, and the various facilities available to you.
