Review of the year 2024 and Greeting for the year 2025

Dear all, I would like to express our gratitude for your continued patronage to Mimilocco, including reading our blog for the year 2024, and express a few words of greeting for the year of 2025.

The most important event to us in fiscal 2024 was the large-scale renovation of our building “Harp Ashiya Ekimae Building.” According to our original plan, the main building and ancillary works were scheduled to be started in April and completed by the end of August.

However, due to various circumstances, only the main construction work has been completed in mid-December. The ancillary works would be completed around February 2025.

We deeply apologize for any inconvenience caused to you all. In this connection, we would also like to express our sincere gratitude for your understanding and cooperation.

Meanwhile, Mimilocco has replaced the equipment in the rooms, such as TVs, air conditioners, and intercoms with the latest models, to catch up with the times.

In terms of building facilities, we were able to ensure the safety of the car elevators and the mechanical parking lot by replacing the drive wires and the drive chains. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all of you for your kind understanding and cooperation during the said work.

The year 2025 is meeting Osaka and Kansai Expo. All of us at Mimilocco are determined to make every effort to contribute to the Expo in one way or another.
