Snow-capped Mt. Fuji and wide scope of creeping phlox

As Golden Week or holiday-studded season in May draws near,

a lot of photos of snow-capped Mt. Fuji and wide scope of creeping phlox are

on the cover of every tour brochure every year. Those photos are very much impressive.

This year, I have been there for the second time to see the scenery

after the first visit of about 10 years ago.

This time, too, I was so impressed with the magnificent scenery.

Though the flower itself is very small, the whole view of blooming flowers coving the vast area

at the mountain foot and starring with snow-capped Mt. Fuji is stunning.
