The large-scale repair work

Mimilocco started operations in Ashiya as a serviced apartment in February 2010.

Thanks to your support, we marked the 14th anniversary since its foundation.

This year is a big year for us, that is, the large-scale repair work is carried out.

Preparations for the repair work have been underway since March, and setting up scaffolding has begun since April 1st.

The scheduled completion date is August 31, 2024.

We are looking forward to meeting the beautifully renovated Mimilocco.
