Udon Prefecture

I had wanted to try udon noodles from Kagawa at least once,

so I visited Kagawa, known as “Udon Prefecture.”

The udon noodles I had were thick , chewy, and pretty tasty.

Furthermore, duck was placed on top of it.

It was especially delicious in the summer because it made me refreshing.

It was Kagawa’s cuisine that I want to try again if I have the chance.
