The season has arrived！
Last year on the very same day, I was having lunch at a famous UDON chain restaurant. There is this special clam Udon only for a limited period of time.
First of all, you won’t believe your eyes when the Udon bowl is served. A mountain of clams! For all the Clam lovers, take my words for it.
No one in my family but me is into clams and they grumble that they lose their appetite seeing me munching clams and picking shells.
Who cares. Thus, I go eat all by myself and devote to this special Spring cuisine.
